• Providing interim management for clients who are changing their HR organization, and serving as continuous outsourced HR management for clients without a full-time HR executive.

 

Patricia has served as Strategic Planner, Change Agent, Proposal Manager, and Senior Project Manager for various business organizations. As a nationally certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), she has a wealth of experience in training and development, human resources, mediation and alternative dispute resolution, diversity management and executive coaching. While serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, Patricia was actively involved in motivating teams to achieve goals and developing strategies for organizations to measure and improve performance. A passion for life and a desire to impact the future of young adults, Patricia provides access to human resource training and development opportunities necessary to enter and remain the workforce.
